TCIA 2026 promotes creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and real-world AI applications aligned with the UN SDGs under two main themes.
Competition Themes
Quality Education — Innovation Challenge Award (SDG 4)
AI innovations that enhance education, including learning support, assessment, accessibility, and classroom management.
Climate Action — Innovation Award (SDG 13)
AI-powered solutions for environmental challenges like climate monitoring, energy efficiency, waste management, and awareness.

Selection Round
- Expert panel reviews submissions and announces finalists
- Teams not selected as finalists may join the exhibition and compete for the Ideation Award
